Essentially, it appears like Portugal still has some sort of two-tier system, the upper tier is its city residents, the lower one its country residents.
So it seems that in that aspect, that part of Europe is very much like China. And, the North America is more equitable than that part of Europe.
This blog is partly devoted to the sharing of my learning of the English language (my well mastered mother tongue is Chinese and I am not an English teacher) and its *cultures*, partly to the current significant trends in Canada and in the world, and partly to my own random thoughts and little life.
