I don't like very much the situation that in Canada, patients are very amenable to being blindfolded by the medical doctors.

Some doctors don't explain well, some are incompetent. Above all, there is no objective system to help people judge the competence of doctors.

Are Apple and other multinationals errant American businesses? They are just global businesses which have no social obligations towards the United States of America.
