How differently are the power of the monarchies of the U.K. and Japan circumscribed?

Chinese don't accompany their tea cups with saucers, because they don't need to put any milk or sugar into their tea at all, so they don't need saucers to place their spoons on.

Well, between the synonyms "lumber" and "timber", largely due to the sounds of the two words, I personally consider "timber" is finer than "lumber". Or more precisely, to put it another way, "lumber" sounds a little rough or coarse.
