Now we're seeing the twilight of RIM, the flagship hi-tech company of Canada. Analogously, how long will we wait before seeing the twilight of the currently booming energy industry of Alberta, Canada?

Personally I always think that a developed country can't largely depend on natural resources for prosperity. Maybe I'm ignorant about the energy industry, though.
