Ah, this unfeeling world of business decision-making, this apathetic world of business cost-aversion. American and Canadian employees have been carrying the overbearing brunt of off-shoring
for so long. In certain senses, they are gentle people indeed, for I for one did not see many cases of actual significant rebellion against the capitalism system, which can be merciless yet merciful at the same time.

But hey, who likes or trusts lawyers and lend sympathy to them these days?

Moreover, attention must be paid to the readers' comments for this particular article. Those remarks cover a lot of ground, for my money.

Speaking of practicing attorneys, the familiarization with their high income make people perceive and blast them to be not worth their salt. On a different note, I personally highly appreciate Portia, the heroine in 'The Merchant of Venice'. If, just if, the badly reputed American lawyers could be like the impeccably noble but powerfully sharp Portia...
