Well, "Baccalaureate" means B.A., while the famous institution "International Baccalaureate" (a.k.a. "IB") offers formal educational programs for children aged 3-19.
It's one of the few instances in which the adjective "international" degrades something instead of enhancing it.

Well, the American government and military had removed Saddam Hussein and his government in Iraq, then they stayed a while, then they left.
Now the sorry country is in a horrible civil war. What a mess.
