豆瓣的“關注”功能是用 RSS 實現的吗？

中國當代和歷史上的各個朝代一個很大的不同是，貌似從帝都到地方，很多當朝權貴的子女與家屬取得了各個海外發達國家的永久居留權，並且在當地社會長期居留。

細想一下，實在是令人擔憂。
