Adoptive parents are not like blood parents.
Some of them rehomed their adopted children. But, that's a very complex issue with complicated reasons and motives. One cannot simply call that rehoming inhumane.

Simple doesn't mean drab.
That's why I don't understand why the English word 'corny' has got a derogatory meaning, among others. Personally I always consider corn to be a delicious staple food.
